In the early morning hours of Tuesday July 21, 2020 Bates County Sheriff's Deputies along with Rich Hill Police officers responded to the 400 block of Cedar street in Rich Hill in regards to shots fired.
Upon arriving on scene 1 male subject was taken into custody following an investigation.
The subject was placed on a 24 hour hold for armed criminal action. Formal charges are being reviewed by the prosecutor.
