The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2016 Mazda 3 driven by 20 year old Timothy J. Hall of Butler, Missouri swerved to avoid hitting a vehicle that was in the roadway, vehicle traveled off the roadway coming to rest in the ditch.
Timothy J. Hall sustained minor injuries in this accident and he will seek his own medical treatment. The vehicle was removed from the scene of the accident by Adrian Tow.
