On Monday, July 27, I learned the Rich Hill Youth Development Center would be closing. Larry Hacker - Bates County Southern Commissioner and I have spoken with our local representatives and senator. While Rich Hill does not reside in Jack Bondon’s area, he attended our last meeting and is putting forth efforts to find solutions.
Representative Pike and Senator Emery are also working with us as we search for a solution. As Senator Emery is terming out, Bondon is running to become our area’s senator. I hope this helps Rich Hill citizens understand who is working for them.
