Per a recent Facebook post by Jim Hertzog, the former MFA building in Passaic is undergoing a transformation:
This is the future home of Hertzog premium beef processing plant, we will be able to harvest 20 Hd a day, we hope to be opened in March. This will be a beautiful state of the art facility with full retail meat counter. As we get closer we will start booking cattle and hogs.- Jim Hertzog
