Sharon was born June 27, 1964 to Elvin Myers and Virginia (Rench) Keller in Perryton, Texas. Sharon attended the Ray-Pec Schools, growing up in the Raymore area. She moved to Harrisonville after school and was a resident for over 34 years. She spent her career working in the heating & cooling industry, primarily as a secretary. Despite her battle with cancer, she continued working until December 2019 with Sharp-Long 72 Degrees Air Conditioning and Heating.
Sharon enjoyed doing yard work and crafting, and she really enjoyed spending time with her dog. Although, she might have been considered somewhat of a workaholic, due to always needing to find something to do and be busy with, her family was her world. She loved being a mother and a grandmother and was truly looking forward to welcoming her first great-grandchild as well. Family meant everything to her and she will be sorely missed by all those she leaves behind, but they know she fought hard and that is the legacy she leaves behind, that of strength, courage, and unending love.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Elvin Myers and Virginia Keller; her grandparents, Gladys and Steven Rench; and her nephew, Michael David Demoss. She is survived by her daughter, Tara (Michael) Hillyer; her son, David Gagne; her daughter, Brianna (Michael) Medley; her 9 grandchildren: Alexyss, Matthew, Mason, and Lucas Hillyer; Alyssa Fuqua, Aaron and Ashton Gagne; and Hunter Sullivan and Lincoln Medley; one great-grandchild on the way, Tucker Dunham, Jr.; two brothers: Robert Myers and Donnie Myers; her sister, Debbie Self; and many extended family and friends.
