Motorcycle accident on 18 Highway east of Merwin

The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County EMS and Bates County Sheriff's Deputies are on scene of a motorcycle accident on Missouri 18 Highway and CR 11001 around 3 miles east of Merwin at this time.

The occupant of the motorcycle is said to have a serious head injury and Life Flight has been called out and is on scene at this time.
