Frank came to Horton at a young age. He was raised in Horton and graduated from Metz High School Class of 1960. Frank worked for Nevada State Hospital as a recreation aide for more than 20 years, and at Pathways in Nevada for several years. He also farmed and raised cattle most of his life.
In addition to his wife Joyce, he is survived by a son, Lanny Drummond Lakin, KS; two grandchildren, Allison Drummond, Joplin, MO, and Paige Bordewick and her husband Luke, Joplin, MO; two sisters, Fern Aston and Pansy Hancock, both of California. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Claude and Alvin Drummond and who resided in California.
