James Steven Billingsley, age 73 of Rich Hill, Missouri died Friday, September 25, 2020 at his home. He was born June 8, 1947 to Alex Rice and Mary Elizabeth Durham Billingsley in Warrensburg, Missouri.
Steve is survived by his wife Sandra Billingsley of Rich Hill, Missouri; one son, Jim Billingsley of Gardner, Kansas; one daughter, Laura Billingsley of Oneida, Kentucky; one brother, Tom Billingsley of Omaha, Nebraska; four grandchildren, Arielle, Alexis, Austin and Mackenzie; and two great-grandchildren.
