On 9/12/20 around 11:50pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on Missouri 7 Highway at Thunder Road in rural Cass County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2020 Chevrolet driven by 28 year old Austin L. Kusgen of Adrian, Missouri was northbound when his vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a group of trees, before overturning and coming to rest on its wheels.
Mr. Kusgen along with two passengers in his vehicle 27 year old Hailey R Carter of Blue Springs, Missouri and 19 year old Payton T. Jamison Archie, Missouri all sustained moderate injuries in this accident and all were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of the accident by J's Southland Tow.
