Happy National 4-H Week! Once again, we are highlighting another Bates County 4-H member- Rachel Scrivener Hi! My name is Rachel Scrivener. I am the daughter of Curtis and Karen Scrivener. I have been a member of the Busy Beavers 4 H Club for over 10 years. My favorite projects in 4 H are Photography, Home Environment, and Horticulture. This year I am a Senior at Rich Hill High School.
