Deepwater teen injured in Henry County Crash

On 10/13/20 around 9:25pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County along with Henry County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Route ZZ just south of a SE 951 Private Road in rural Henry County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by 19 year old Sarah Hills of Deepwater, Missouri swerved to miss a deer in the roadway, ran off the right side of the roadway striking a ditch and road sign.

Sarah Hills sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri for treatment.

The vehicle received minor damages and it was driven from the scene of this accident.
