New meat processing plant getting closer in Passaic

NEW MEAT PROCESSING PLANT

The Hertzog Family is proud to announce that we will be opening a brand new, state-of-the-art USDA inspected meat processing facility in the Spring of 2021 near the railroad tracks in Passaic.

Our products will meet the highest food safety standards and regulations and we are excited to provide premium quality products for individual producers and consumers!

Custom Processing on Hogs and Cattle will be available beginning Spring and Summer 2021. If interested in a slaughter date for 2021, please send your info to hertzogspremiumbeef@gmail.com.
