She was born June 12, 1952 to Robert “Red” Elwood and Betty Jane Taylor Dahman in Kansas City.
Karen is survived by one son, Travis Burns of Grandview, Missouri; two brothers, Bob Dahman and wife Susan of Clinton, Missouri and Frank Dahman and wife Nora of Harrisonville, Missouri; two sisters, Deborah Stockwell and husband Jay of Kansas City, Missouri and Sherri Hough of Kansas City, Missouri; and her mother, Donna Dahman of Harrisonville, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents.
