Update from Liberty Utilities 10/21/20 2:30pm

Attention Rich Hill and Hume, Missouri, gas customers (10/21/20, 2:30 p.m. Update): We’re making progress! As of 1 p.m. today, our crews had turned on service to approximately 36% of impacted customers. 

They are still hard at it and won’t stop until every customer is back on. Crews from across our service region and as far away as Virden, Illinois, are on the ground to assist. As a reminder, if we miss you, please call the phone number on the door tag (855-872-3242) to schedule a visit.
