Henry County Sheriff's Deputies Investigate Shooting Death

According to Sheriff Kent Oberkrom, on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at around 2:45 p.m., Cpl. Leonard Kubilus and Deputy Jaraun Mckoy were dispatched to a residence in the 800 block of SE 1163P in the Finey area, regarding a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, deputies found the victim still alive within the residence, with apparent severe injuries to the head. The victim was transported from the scene by Warsaw Lincoln Ambulance personnel. 

While being transferred to another medical facility for treatment, the victim succumbed to injuries sustained as a result of the incident.

The suspect reportedly fled from the residence prior to deputies’ arrival on-scene, but surrendered a short time later, without incident.

The victim was initially identified by witnesses at the scene as Kenneth Isenberg, age 53, of the residence. An autopsy was completed on November 12, 2020 and positive identification of the victim was confirmed. 

Arrested was Casey Graham, age 36, of Warsaw, Missouri, was taken into custody for questioning regarding the shooting and was later released.

“Due to this being an active investigation, limited information will be released currently, pending any additional findings upon the completion of the autopsy”, Sheriff Oberkrom stated.
