Terri loved the beach and always hoped to be able to visit the ocean again, I’m sure she’s there right now! She hardly ever had any free time because the grandchildren always wanted to be at “Memes”. She loved every minute of it. Terri was mother to Jamie Archer (Tanya), Tacoma, WA, Trisha Hudson (Greg Housh), Nevada, and many others throughout the years.
In addition to her son and daughter, Terri is survived by her best friend, Debbie Noe, Sopchoppy, FL; her beloved sister, Rhonda Hackathorne, Sheldon; her sister, Deana Castlebury (Joe); “daughter”, Lisha Thompson, Denver, CO; stepmom, Willa Owen, Irwin, MO; and many more who loved her dearly. She was “Mema” to Austin and Lizbeth Archer,“Meme” to Michala, Tyler, and Dakota Hudson, and Serenity Housh; and “Grandma Terri” to several more. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Chadd, her father, Wayne Owen, mother and stepfather, Patsy and Clarence Ewing; son, Justin Archer; and her grandchildren, Kylie and Hayden Hudson.
The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. A private family committal will be held at a later date.
