The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the Kawasaki Lacoda four-wheeler driven by 33 year old Jordan T. Davis of Lake Annette, Missouri failed to stop at a stop sign, began to overturn down the embankment and ejected the driver.
Mr. Davis sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Life Flight to University of Kansas Medical Center for treatment.
The four-wheeler was towed from the scene of this accident by J's Southland Tow.
