Building Collapse in Nevada

On Tuesday evening the Nevada Fire Department along with Nevada Police Officers responded to the corner of Cherry and Cedar Streets in Nevada on a building collapse.

Nevada Fire Chief Troy Denney says the cause of this building collapse was due to lack of maintenance on the building. Crews were called in with a crane to clean up some of the debris in an attempt to make it safe for the public.
