Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Summit Township, County of Bates, Missouri, that an election will be held in said Township on Tuesday, the 6th day of April 2021, for the purpose of electing 1 (one) Trustee of Summit Township Road Board, 2 (two) Board Members of Summit Township Road Board, and 1 (one) Clerk of Summit Township Road Board.
The members elected shall serve for a term of 2 years. The filing period for Summit Township Road Board of said County shall be from 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 15th of December 2020 until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 19th of January 2021.
Persons wishing to file to become a candidate for Summit Township Road Board shall file by contacting Damon Noe, Clerk, Summit Township Road Board at 660-424-9518 and completing a Declaration of Candidacy and MODOR Form 5120.
