George Bedford was born August 4th, 1930 in Deepwater, Missouri. George was in the US Army and spent some time in Korea. George was a longtime resident of Henry County working as a tree trimmer for more than 50 years. George loved to play his guitar and would write his own songs.
George is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Bernice; three brothers Carl, James, and Raymond; four sisters Mary, Virginia, Wilma, and Barbara, and one grandson James (Bubba).
George is survived by two brothers Arthur Bedford and Clarence Bedford; one sister Lois Jennings; one son James Bedford, six grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren.
