The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2002 Ford driven by 64 year old Gerald A. Roth of Warsaw, Missouri lost control on a ice covered roadway causing the vehicle to travel off the right side of the roadway striking a guardrail and overturning.
Mr. Roth sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton, Missouri for treatment.
