One shot and killed in parking lot of Belton apartment complex

On 2-12-2021 at 12:28 AM, Belton officers were dispatched to the area of the 8200 block of Spring Valley on a report of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered one male party deceased in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
