The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Pontiac Gran Prix driven by 51 year old Gary G. Jones of Garden City, Missouri traveled off the roadway, Impacted a ditch and overturned.
Mr. Jones sustained minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed by Miller's Tow of Harrisonville.
