The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2011 Ford Fusion driven by 45 year old George M. Cecil of Warsaw, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway striking a ditch and causing the vehicle to overturn and eject the driver.
George M. Cecil was pronounced dead around 7:40 p.m. at a local hospital. This is Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 21st fatality of the year 2021.
