Each participant will receive a workbook including memory exercises, tips on nutrition and exercise, and summaries of evidence-based research on brain health. Classes will be held on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to noon at 209 E. Jefferson St. Clinton, MO.  There is a $40 per person cost associated with the program.
