The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2008 International 4400 Garbage Truck driven by 23 year old Douglas A. Cooper of Stockton, Missouri swerved to miss a stopped car traveling off the right side of the roadway and overturning.
Mr. Cooper sustained minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Cedar County Memorial Hospital in El Dorado Springs for treatment.
