The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2016 Ford Flex driven by 65 year old Marshall D. Wallmark of Kansas City, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway, returned to the roadway before traveling of the left side of the roadway and striking a embankment causing the vehicle to go airborne and overturn several times before landing in a field.
Mr. Wallmark sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by EMS to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of this accident by Adrian Tow.
