Rikki Jo Haus, age 29, of Belton, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 surrounded by her loving family members.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Abundant Life Church in the Administration Building, 414 SW Persels Rd., Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Belton Cemetery in Belton, Missouri
Rikki was born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 20, 1991 to Rick and JoAnne Atkinson. After graduating high school she then attended Longview Community College obtaining her associates degree, then graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Rikki was joined in marriage with her husband and soulmate Anthony “A.J.” Haus on November 25th, 2017. In life Rikki was a woman with a strong Christian faith and attended services with A.J. at Abundant Life in Lee’s Summit. She dearly loved Jesus, her family, husband, and many friends. This of course includes her canine companion, Sarge.
Rikki leaves behind her loving husband, Anthony James Haus; parents, Rick and JoAnne Atkinson; brother, Alex Atkinson; sister, Jenny Hess (Jon); nephew, Ashton Hess; Godson, Owen Matter; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
