The 4 wheeler continued South on Kentucky around to Skyline Drive where it again cut through yards and made it to the railroad tracks and went south. With the help of the Bates County Sheriffs Office the 4 wheeler was recovered down a steep bank by the rail road tracks.
The Bates County Sheriff Office Responded with a UTV with a winch to recover the 4 wheeler. The driver of the 4 wheeler was not located.
