The Butler Varsity Girls Wrestling Team competed in the Lady Mustang Christmas Clash in Eldon, MO.
Makayla Mallatt was injured in the semi-final match. The rest of her season is uncertain at this time.
Before she was injured she was 4-0 going into the semi’s with four pins. She took 4th place due to the injury. We are praying for a speedy recovery!!
Josie Johnston had a great tournament. She defeated some tough competition this weekend. She went out and wrestled physically tough, and won matches. I definitely seen a big improvement in her skills. I am very proud of her performance.
