Brett A. Wilcox entered a guilty plea today in the Circuit Court of Barton County. Wilcox, 41 years old, of Lamar, Missouri, pleaded guilty to Count I delivery of a controlled substance and Count II possession of a controlled substance.
Judge David Munton sentenced Wilcox to 10 years in the Department of Corrections on Count I, and 7 years in the Department of Corrections on Count II.
Both terms will run concurrent to each other. The case was investigated by the United States Postal Service and the Ozark Drug Enforcement Team.
