He is always ready, prompt and courteous with an excellent bedside manner that puts patients at ease. J.D. is confident, friendly and always in a good mood. He is prompt to take care of patients in the ER and helps nursing by stepping into do tasks to free their work load. J.D. has excellent medical skills, very knowledgeable in his profession and a great team player.
He is very easy going, relaxed manner that sometimes hides his skills, but in an intense situation he maintains self-possessed. We are very happy to have J.D. as a coworker and is a vital asset to EMH! Congrats again! Well Deserved!!
