At about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, a vehicle hit a power pole on Locust St, near the railroad tracks. The pole was snapped in half, as the power lines rested on the roof of a nearby building.
Crews were able to replace the pole and limited the loss of power to less than 30 minutes. Full repairs were finished at about 4:15 a.m.
We applaud their hard work and commitment to the Harrisonville community on this very long and very cold night!
