Carol Sue “Nan” Stevens, age 76 of Butler, Missouri died Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Butler Center in Butler. She was born December 17, 1945 to Harold Walter and Eula Jeanette Newman Grimberg in Kansas City, Missouri.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Shari Diane Essenpries and husband Dick of Adrian, Missouri; three grandchildren, Matthew Newkirk and wife Hannah, Ashley Stephens and husband Gerold and Jacob Essenpries; three step-grandchildren, Toby Essenpries and wife Bethany, Nick Essenpries and Colby Essenpries and wife Miranda; five great-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchilren. She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; and one son, Chad Cushard.
