Rollover accident in Henry County

On January 3rd around 10:25 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County along with Henry County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on Missouri 18 Highway just east of SW 1601 Road. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2008 Chevrolet Malibu driven by 30 year old Michael J. Worley of Nevada, Missouri struck a ditch and overturned, striking a fence.

A passenger in the vehicle 51 year old Rhonda M. Worley of Warrensburg, Missouri sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. 

Mr. Worley refused medical treatment at the scene.
