Sherry was born February 24, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri as the daughter of Virgil and Elizabeth Brownsberger. Sherry met her soulmate and love of her life, Ron Drury, in November of 1991. They were united in marriage March 21, 1992 at the Altona Baptist Church. After much persuasion she convinced Ron to move to Adrian, MO where they made their home.
Sherry's greatest joy was always her family. She was the happiest when she was surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. One of her proudest moments was in 2003 as she received her GED alongside her son-in-law Josh. Sherry did not know a stranger, she loved everyone, and was loved by so many. Sherry was a blessing to all who knew her, as she had a heart of gold and her smile just lit up the world around her. She was a woman of deep and abiding faith, and loved her God with all her heart. She faithfully read her Bible and lived in His word, encouraging all her family to rely on God as well. Sherry enjoyed attending services at Victory Assembly of God, where she fully loved every member of her church family.
Sherry enjoyed her career working for Sprint from 1986 through 2001. However, she truly found her passion when she began working at Adrian Manor. She filled many different roles in her time at the Manor and truly loved all the residents.
