These thefts occurred on February 8th and February 9th. Probable Cause Affidavits have been submitted to the Barton County Prosecutor's office for consideration of charges.'
The Lamar Police Department encourages residents to report any missing packages. We also recommend to residents the following precautions to avoid these types of thefts.
1. Ship items to a work address.
2. Ask a neighbor to watch for the package.
3. Install security cameras or a Ring doorbell camera.
4. Install a secure lock box for deliveries.
