From the City of Nevada

City of Nevada crews started at 3:00am this morning plowing streets to help keep essential travel routes clear for emergency response vehicles and drivers.

The City of Nevada Fair Share Taxi Service will not operate today (Thursday, February 3) due to the road conditions and staffing. We will evaluate the road conditions on Friday, February 4 and make the determination if we are able to operate safely.

City Hall will be closed to the Public today (Thursday, February 3). We will have limited staff answering the phones. Please call 417.448.5115 option #2 or emails your questions to utilitybilling@nevadamo.gov.

Payments can be made, by phone, online at nevadamo.gov, or at the drop box located on the south side of City Hall.
