A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday February 19, 2022 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Routh Chapel Cemetery 679 N Dade 247, Aldrich, Missouri.
Lorraine was born in Seymour , Missouri on August 7, 1927 to Ova C. Goss and Hazel (Hunt) Goss. Growing up Lorraine was one of four children. After graduating high school she continued her education receiving her bachelor of arts at CBC in Springfield, Missouri. In the winter of 1950, Lorraine was joined in marriage with her late husband Roy K. McNeely on December 2nd. Together they created sixty-eight years of loving memories. Lorraine worked as a housewife and mother of two children, James and Brenda.

Lorraine and Roy faithfully attended the Assembly of God church in Bolivar, Missouri where they lived. Lorraine gave much of her time to the previous church group, Sr. Kings Kids. She spent a lot of time gardening and canning food for her family. She loved hanging her bird feeders and boxes watching feed and new babies hatch. She was also a very talented seamstress, making clothes for her children.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Roy K. McNeely; parents, Ova and Hazel Goss; son, James McNeely; sister, Vesta LeGaux; and brother Phillip Goss.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda R. Tanner (Vernon); daughter in law Mickie McNeely; sister, Lola Briggs (Wayne); three grandchildren, Brandy R. Birdsell (Jeff), Jenny N. Collier (Josh) and Dean L. McNeely (Grace); and nine great grandchildren, Savannah, Vanessa, Danielle, Bronson, Tatjana, Antonio, Harley, James and Michael.
