The Belton Police Department is conducting an operation in the area of E 170th St and Bel Ray Blvd. Bel Ray Blvd is closed north of 58 hwy and at Spring Valley Rd. E 170th St is closed at 170th Ct and at Barry Ln.
The public is being asked to keep clear of the area until further notice.
