Charles Fay Lawson was born August 18, 1941 in Huntsville, Arkansas to Eura and Lilly Lawson. He graduated from North Kansas City High School and went right to work as a millwright.
He continued his career for over 50 years and was a member of the Millwright Local 1529. On May 26, 1960 Chuck was united in marriage to Sandra Long in Kansas City.
In the 90s Chuck moved his family down to Rich Hill, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and rides through the country with his good friend Dennis Williams.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and nine siblings. He is survived by his loving family and dear friends.
