On April 22nd around 5:39 p.m. the Butler Police Department arrested 28 year old Jeffery Michael Hicks of Amoret, Missouri.Mr. Hicks was arrested for several failure to appear in court warrants out of Bates County and Jackson County.
The charges are listed below:
1.) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia ($250 cash/surety)
2.) Expire Plates ($125 Cash only)
3.)Failure to drive on the right half of the roadway ($125 Cash only)
4.) Possession of Marijuana ($250 cash/surety)
5.) Operation a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility ($250 cash/surety)
Jeffery Michael Hicks was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he is currently listed as bondable.
