2.) Public Intoxication ( $250 cash/surety bond)
3.) Failure to maintain financial responsibility (1st Offense -$250 cash/surety bond.
4.) Operating a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility ( $137 cash only bond).
5.) No seatbelt ($10 cash only bond).
