Mr. McClellan was arrested for the following charges 1.) Driving While Intoxicated - Persistent Offender 2.) Driving While Suspended 3.) Careless and Imprudent Driving involving a motor vehicle accident 4.) No Insurance 5.) No Seat Belt.
Erik M. McClellan was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and was placed on a 12 hour hold.
