Upon arrival, Officers were advised that other customers inside the bar had disarmed the subject and held him until the police arrived. Aaron Dial, 49 years old of Harrisonville, MO, was taken into custody. Thankfully no one was injured in the shooting.
On 6/25/2022, The Cass County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Aaron with Assault 1st degree and Armed Criminal Action. The Judge affixed a $25,000 Cash Only bond to the warrant for Aaron.
