Freeman woman injured in one vehicle accident in Bates County

On January 16th around 4:50 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Bates County EMS responded to a one vehicle accident on east 52 Highway and CR 1003 in rural Butler.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the eastbound 2010 Jeep Patriot driven by 40 year old Jocelyn F. Baham of Freeman, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway and crossed over into the oncoming lane of traffic. The Jeep then traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment.

Jocelyn F. Baham sustained minor injuries and she was transported by Bates County EMS to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment. The vehicle was towed from the scene of this accident by Douty's Tow of Butler.
