Butler man arrested after traffic stop

On February 12th around 11:42 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 56 year old Kirk D. Hannah of Butler, Missouri.

Mr. Hannah was arrested for the following charges 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Failure to affix licenses plates 3.) Lane Violation.

Kirk D. Hannah was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he was later released.
