In the early morning hours of Sunday April 16th the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 36 year old Robert J. Harlan of Butler, Missouri after he failed to yield and led them on a chase.
Mr. Harlan was arrested for the following charges 1.) Felony resist by fleeing 2.) Driving while intoxicated 3.) Driving while revoked 4.) Speeding 5.) Careless and imprudent driving 6.) No seatbelt 7.) Failure to yield to an emergency vehicle 8.) Driving the wrong direction on the highway 9.) Fail to signal 10.) Fail to stop for stop sign 11.) Fail to drive on the right half of the roadway 12.) No insurance
Robert J. Harlan was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he is currently being held on no bond.
