Golf cart accident in Cass County injures Kansas woman

On Sunday April 23rd around 6:40 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a golf cart accident on Miller Road at 177th Street in rural Cass County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound Yamaha Golf Cart driven by 41 year old Bethany J. Trogstead of Stillwell, Kansas jumped out of the cart.

Bethany J. Trogstead sustained moderate injuries and she was transported by ambulance to Overland Park Regional Medical Center for treatment.
