The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the southbound 2013 Ford Mustang driven by 61 year old David W. Meade of Butler, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck the ditch and several trees before coming to rest.
Two occupants in the vehicle 19 year old Anselmo C. Lopez of Salinas, California and a 17 year old juvenile male from Butler both sustained minor injuries and both were transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital in Butler for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene of this accident by Adrian Tow.
